My journey in strength and conditioning started early—growing up in a little gym called Olympic, where I fell in love with weight training at just three years old. That passion carried me to the world stage by the time I was 16, where I became a silver medalist powerlifter with multiple national record lifts.
In college, I rediscovered my love for sport performance through football. I was blessed to serve as Lead Assistant for Trinity University Football beginning my freshman year, a role that’s grown each season as I’ve taken on greater responsibility in operations, athlete support, and strength development. It was in this environment that I found my true calling in coaching and soon built my first business, Fit For Freedom—a personal training and supplement company dedicated to helping athletes and high performers maximize their potential.
Since then, I’ve coached athletes at every level—from kindergarteners to serious collegiate competitors. I’ve served as both an Assistant and Head Strength & Conditioning Coach, including as Site Coordinator at Davenport High School, where I oversaw offseason training across all sports leading into the 2025 season. Each role has deepened my conviction that strength training is more than sets and reps—it’s the single greatest tool for teaching young and experienced minds alike to become the best versions of themselves.
